شروط وأحكام التسجيل

1. طبيعة الخدمة
يوفر (أرباحي) واجهة برمجية لمتابعة وتحليل استثماراتك الشخصية. بتسجيلك في المنصة، فإنك تقر بأن (أرباحي) لا ينفذ صفقات تداول ولا يقدم استشارات مالية منظمة وفقاً للوائح هيئة السوق المالية.

2. نفي الاستشارة الاستثمارية
المحتوى المقدم (بما في ذلك حاسبة الأرباح وتحليلات النمو) لا يمثل دعوة للاستثمار. ننصح دائماً باستشارة خبير مالي مرخص قبل اتخاذ أي قرار في السوق المالية السعودية (تداول).

3. دقة البيانات
نسعى لتوفير أدق البيانات، إلا أن (أرباحي) لا يضمن دقة أو اكتمال أسعار الأسهم أو بيانات التوزيعات في الوقت الفعلي، ولا يتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن أخطاء تقنية أو تأخير في البيانات.

4. مسؤولية المستخدم
المستخدم مسؤول تماماً عن سرية بيانات دخوله وعن صحة البيانات التي يتم إدخالها يدوياً أو عبر ملفات (CSV).

5. الاشتراكات
الرسوم المدفوعة للفئة المميزة (Premium) هي مقابل ميزات برمجية متقدمة فقط، وليست مقابل إدارة أموال أو محافظ.

6. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط والنزاعات الناشئة عنها للأنظمة والقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

خصوصية وأمن البيانات

1. جمع البيانات
يجمع (أرباحي) البيانات المتعلقة بمحفظتك الاستثمارية وتاريخ توزيعات الأرباح لغرض عرضها وتحليلها لك فقط، ولن يتم مشاركتها مع أي جهة خارجية دون موافقتك الصريحة.

2. الامتثال للقانون السعودي
نقوم بمعالجة جميع البيانات الشخصية والمالية وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

3. حماية البيانات
نحن نلتزم بمعايير التشفير والأمن السيبراني المعمول بها في المملكة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به.

4. عدم بيع البيانات
يلتزم (أرباحي) بعدم بيع أو تأجير بيانات محفظتك أو هويتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد نستخدم بيانات "مجهولة المصدر ومجمعة" فقط لأغراض تحسين المنصة وفهم اتجاهات السوق العامة.

5. تخزين البيانات وأمنها
يتم تخزين بياناتك على خوادم سحابية آمنة قد تكون موجودة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. نطبق معايير التشفير والحماية المتقدمة لضمان أمن بياناتك بغض النظر عن موقع الخوادم. باستخدامك لمنصة (أرباحي)، فإنك توافق على نقل وتخزين بياناتك على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

6. حقوق المستخدم
يحق للمستخدم الوصول إلى بياناته، تصحيحها، أو طلب حذفها نهائياً من سجلاتنا في أي وقت عبر إعدادات الحساب.

7. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتحليلات
يستخدم الموقع أدوات تحليل (مثل Google Analytics) وشبكة Cloudflare لأغراض الأمان وتحسين الأداء، وقد تُستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط لهذا الغرض.

1. Nature of Service
Arbahy provides a software interface to track and analyze personal investments. By registering, you acknowledge that Arbahy does not execute trades or provide regulated investment advice as defined by the CMA Securities Business Regulations.

2. No Financial Advice
The content provided by Arbahy (including dividend trackers and growth analytics) does not constitute a solicitation to invest. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any decisions on the Saudi Exchange.

3. Accuracy of Data
While we strive for accuracy using reputable data providers, Arbahy does not guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of stock prices or dividend data. Arbahy is not liable for any financial losses resulting from data errors or technical delays.

4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that any manual data entry or imported CSV files are handled at your own risk.

5. Subscription & Payments
Fees for the "Premium Tier" are for access to advanced software features, not for managed investment services. Refunds are governed by our Standard Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Data Privacy & Security

1. Collection of Financial Data
Arbahy collects data related to your investment holdings and dividend history either via manual entry or uploaded files. This data is used exclusively to generate your personalized analytics dashboard and is not shared with third-party financial institutions without your explicit consent.

2. Compliance with Saudi Law
We process all personal and financial data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) managed by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

3. Data Security
Arbahy implements industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, as an independent technology platform, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access. Users are encouraged to use strong passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA).

4. No Selling of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your specific portfolio data or personal identity to third-party marketers. We may use aggregated, anonymized data (which does not identify you) for market trend analysis or platform improvement.

5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers that may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information regardless of server location. By using Arbahy, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data on servers outside of Saudi Arabia.

6. User Rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, or request the destruction of your personal data stored on Arbahy at any time through your account settings.

7. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and Cloudflare for security and performance, which may use cookies for this purpose.
